After this last outbreak of tornados, May 8-9 2003  I thought some people may be interested in the following  facts.

I want to add that as of this date Sapulpa does NOT have any type of public tornado shelters.  I feel this needs to be rectified immediately.

The central United States experienced a record-breaking week of tornadoes from May 4 through May 10, when a preliminary number of 384 tornadoes occurred in 19 states and caused 42 deaths during the seven days, officials from the NOAA National Weather Service announced today. Details...
