Things to see in Oklahoma
A online tour
An E-mail acquaintance from Germany recently asked me "What sights to you have in Oklahoma if I ever get to come to the states?"
Just looking at a state map I saw quite a few places that I haven't seen or haven't seen in a long time. So, I am putting this page up to give my visitors a idea what there is to see in Oklahoma. This page will be primarily a link page with links to sites that have the information. This will not be all the sites or possibly not even the majority. There may be an occasional description and or picture included and if I have been there you may get my views on the attraction.
Although at this time I am not going to attempt to add links to them I will make notations of at least some of the state parks in the area where I am listing. You can do a search for them on Google if you wish for details, or it is possible a Oklahoma map will give you the information you wish.
I started out to just list links to stuff I know about here but even after over 20 years I realized there are a lot of places I wasn't aware of. Just a list might seem a little confusing so I changed it to more like a tour. Of course, you CAN just pick one or 2 places on the list and go there, maybe that is all the time you have, or there may be some types of attractions that you may not be interested in.
Whichever way you do it, here is a good excuse to see Oklahoma!
NOTE: To find lodging go to Google and search for the town name and Hotels and Motels. The info may also be on the Chamber of Commerce link if one is available.
At some future time these pages may have some advertising in them to help support my site. I have not made a decision to that as yet. If you wish to have a small ad here contact me here.

I want to thank all of you who have visited this new web offering. Even before the first "drive" was finished i had 80 visitors! I hope the information here has been a help and that you bookmark this page as even as this is being wrote Drive 2 is being laid out and added for your viewing. As with Drive 1 (no I dint make the drive all at one time but over the years) This is not a physical drive I have recently made, but one I would like to make.
